Introduction

In this article you will learn how to navigate to the course that you have purchased access to. This example is based on someone who has purchased access to "Conquering The Foundation" and is using a desktop web browser. 


Start by logging into your account

Browse to https://learn.quennelgaskin.com/ and click on "Login" in the top right hand of your internet browser of choice. This will take you to the login page where you will input your account login details...


Login Frequently Asked Questions


Are you an existing customer who purchased before February 31st, 2019? 

If so then have you migrated your account over to our new system since then? If not then Read this article on "Migrating Your Account"


Are you a new customer who purchased on or after March 1st, 2020? 

Did you setup your account login details when you purchased? If you did then you should have received your login details via an automated email. Please check your SPAM/Trash folders for this email. 


Try "Forgot Password" and if your email address cannot be found then click the "Help?" icon at the bottom right of your browser window and submit a support ticket and we will restore your access. 


View all of the course you have purchased access to

After successfully logging in you will notice the menu bar has changed slightly. Please find and click on the "My Courses" link in the upper right hand of your browser window.


This will take you to your Library / Member's Area

You should find all of the courses that you have purchased access here. 


Please Note: If you have purchased access to a course and it is not listed here with the "View Course" icon please click on the "Help?" icon in the lower right hand corner of your browser window and submit a support ticket. 


Click on any of the courses listed to start the course. In this example we will click on "Conquering The Foundation".  


Conquering The Foundation - Start Course


This page is where you can access all of the content for the course. You can scroll down and click on any of the categories you wish to see but for now we recommend for new students to start by watching Quennel's Welcome video at the top of the page. Then click "Start Course" this will navigate you to the first category in the course which is the "Welcome to Conquering The Foundation" Category (seen towards the bottom of the image above). Once you click "Start Course" you will be directed to the first category in the course (seen below).



Read the content on the page and then to get to the next page click on "Going Beyond Your Plateau" then read through that content then click "Where To Begin" and so on. 

Please note: There are no videos in the welcome category just be patient (just a little while longer). 

To progress through the course you will need to either click "Mark As Complete" (then click on "Next Lesson) or the "Next Category" buttons seen below...


This will take you to the "Next Category" in the course.



Conquering The Foundation - Chromatic Scale Category

A the top of this page (seen above) you can play the video by clicking on it. Scroll down to get to the rest of the course  content and exercises. 


Again, to progress through the course you will need to either click "Mark As Complete" (then click on "Next Lesson) or the "Next Category" buttons seen below...




If you marked something complete and want to go back to it or if you would like to jump to another category then you can quickly navigate by using the links at the top left of each page (shown below).



Clicking "Conquering The Foundation" will take you back to the beginning of the whole course. Clicking "Categories" will take you to a page listing out all of the available categories in this course ("Conquering The Foundation"). Clicking "Chromatic Scale" will take you to a page showing all the pages/videos inside of that Category. To get back to the list of courses that you have purchased access to then click "My Courses" in the upper right hand menu bar.
